"Billing status" indicates your subscription status as per our payment provider. You can find this on the My Purchases screen. There are multiple statuses, as explained below :-
- ACTIVE, There is no problem with your subscription and payments.
- PAUSED, Subscription payment collection is paused at the moment. It may resume at a future date.
While your subscription status is PAUSED, you can use our application without payment, but your plan features will be restricted. Once the subscription is resumed, plan features will become active. - TRIALING, You are currently on a trial period. Once the trial period ends, you will be charged and the subscription will go to an ACTIVE status.
- CANCELLING, You have cancelled your subscription with us. Once the current billing period ends, your subscription goes to INACTIVE status. You will not be charged.
- INACTIVE, Your subscription to our service has ended. You are no longer charged for our service.
